Q. When will my order ship?

A. We ship every day Monday-Friday.  In stock items generally ship the same day if the order is placed weekdays before 3:00 PM Eastern, or the next business day otherwise.  Out of stock items are usually on order and will ship when we get them from the manufacturer.  We will email an expected ship date for all out of stock items.  Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer.  Again, we'll let you know.

 

Q. Why does it say "Add  item to cart to see our price"?

A. In many cases our prices are lower than the manufacturer allows under their advertising policies.  Simply click the "Add to Cart" button to see the price you will pay.  Don't worry, it's just like a real shopping cart, you can take the item out later if you so desire.
