All merchandise purchased online from Clemson 4 Wheel Center may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase for a full refund of the amount paid for the product. Returned merchandise must be in new, unused, uninstalled condition, in its original packaging, complete with all packaging materials, hardware, instructions, etc. Returned merchandise that does not meet these requirements may be subject to restocking and/or repackaging fees. Refunds do not include shipping costs. Returned merchandise that was received as part of a "free shipping" offer will be credited for the amount of the returned parts less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us and any restocking/repackaging fees that may apply.

If you need to return an item, please email sales@clemson4wheel.com for a return authorization. We will email your return authorization, which will include the address to which you should return the merchandise. Once you receive your authorization, return the merchandise to the address indicated. Please note, you the customer are responsible for the return shipping charges, as well as the safe return of the merchandise. Proper packaging and insurance on your shipment are very important to protect you against loss and/or damage.
