The program is simple: Buy an eligible WARN winch between October 1 and December 31, 2009, then download a rebate certificate. Just follow the directions, and the rebate will be mailed to you directly. If you have any questions call WARN Customer Service toll-free at (800) 543-9276.

This rebate is redeemable only by residents of the U.S. and Canada. Rebate paid in US funds.

Truck Winch Rebate

Offer valid for purchases between October 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009.

Rebates must be postmarked no later than January 31, 2010.

To Claim your WARN Truck Winch Rebate:

1.	Download the rebate certificate.
2.	Fill in all requested information.
3.	Include your original retailer receipt that clearly shows items purchased and purchase date.
4.	For internet orders, please provide order confirmation that shows purchase date and items purchased.
5.	Include the complete UPC bar code from your winch packaging that shows part number and serial number.
6.	Limit two (2) rebates per receipt. Maximum rebate allowed per receipt is $300.
