The 9.5si M.O.S.F.E.T. Diagnostic Control gives the user levels of control never before possible in a winch. As the M.O.S.F.E.T. Diagnostic Control performs the Power Out, Power In and Stop functions, it monitors key functions of the winch important to the field:
- Temperature of the motor signals should the motor temperature exceed the ideal operating temperature.
- Temperature of the M.O.S.F.E.T. Diagnostic Control unit to signal if the module is over its ideal operating temperatures.
- Over/Under voltage to assure that there is adequate battery power available.
The feedback of this monitoring process is communicated via the LED on the hand-held remote control.
